If you would like to put yourself forward for any of the committee positions you can do so either by completing the form in the next edition of the magazine or by emailing secretary@rhocar.org

 

To put forward a nomination by email please put the following as your subject "RHOCaR - *Your first name and surname* Nomination"

Then in the body of the email the below text with relevant missing information completed

Please also CC your nominator and seconder into the email using the email addresses registered with the club. All emailed nominations will be verified.

Postal nominations must be posted to the club secretary at the address given in Boys in Hoods and have a franking mark no later than 15th April 2018

Email nominations must be received by the club secretary no later than 22nd April 2018

Written nominations after these dates will be counted as received at the AGM. Nominations at the AGM will only be accepted if no compliant written nomination is received.

Finally, you may apply for any role, on the committee, occupied or vacant, a list of positions is provided below with their status as of the next AGM:
