I am prepared to organise lunch at the Bell Inn Stilton again, but the numbers interested in the run seem to be down this year.

I am testing the water to see if anyone would be interested in combining the Stilton Cheese run weekend into a camping weekend, staying on Friday 24th April and leaving Sunday 26th April.

There are number of sites local either at Greetham, http://www.rutlandcaravanandcamping.co.uk/, or Wing http://www.winghall.co.uk/camping.html   and https://www.lyndontop.com/default.aspx

which is basic but good views and good reviews.

All sites are in easy reach of Uppingham.

Meet up from 7PM onwards and aiming to eat around 7-30 but late comers can still get fed if they can't get there that early. I like to give the pub a better idea of the headcount a few days before the event so if interested parties let me know, I'll start a list and I'll make a booking for 25 people to get things rolling. I'll try and get us put in our regular area not where we were last time when we got a bit split up. If we get more people we'll either squeeze up a bit or take up more of the main dining area.

Is there any chance with our forum software we could create a link to add events to our personal calendars?

Facebook allows this function and it works very well, more importantly reminds me of events before starting a job/DIY. 

The weather today has got me in the mood for a run out tomorrow 31st.

Destination TBA depending on interest from anyone else but I fancy a mooch up to the Ponderosa Cafe near Llangollen.
