Welcome to The UK Kit Car Club
The Committee would like to congratulate Heritage Insurance on their 60th Anniversary in 2025
It's not just shows though, our active area secretaries and members regularly arrange run outs and longer trips to such places as Le Mans, Wales and Scotland, plus the annual club camping weekend and the traditional “end of season” get together. Keep an eye on the events section of the forum for news and details of upcoming events.
The Club also produces four magazines a year, exclusively for club members, filled with all manner of things club or motoring related, and members can get their own articles published in it as well if they wish.
The Club is an independent organisation, and although we have our roots as the Robin Hood Owners Club and Register (RHOCaR), we are very much a club for all makes and model of kit car, so anyone can be a "Hoody", as it's all about the state of mind, not the car you drive! Being a member of The UK Kit Car Club has many benefits above those already mentioned. Members benefit from discounted insurance with nearly all of the specialist kit car insurers, and often find that the discount is more than the club membership fee. Membership also gets you full access to the forum, and a variety of other discounts such as with Euro Car Parts. You'll also find other members are willing to go well above and beyond for any other member they see is in need of help !
So whether you own a Robin Hood, a GBS Zero, a Locost, an MK, a Westfield, a Caterham, (or any of the many other types of kit car), everyone can benefit from joining, so what are you waiting for ?

Stilton Run 2019

It seems like we have only just got back from this years Stilton Run but the entry forms are out for 2019.
Marilyn has relinquished her driver status for next year so it would seem I have the dubious honour for next year.
I will arrange lunch again at the Bell Inn in Stilton but this can wait until January at the earliest.
NOTE.... The run has been re-titled as the Jim Barry Memorial Run as Jim, the organiser for many years, sadly passed away earlier this year. However his widow, Joy, is carrying on with the organising.
Its not much to donate to a good cause; one we may be glad of someday!

1St 2019 Scottish Meet

Hi Everyone,
I would like to organise the 1st Scottish meet for 2019.
No date yet, But it will take place in Dunns. There is a fantastic pub in Dunns called The Black Bull where lunch could be taken in. (Don't forget Scotland has a Strict No Alcohol limit if Driving!).
It's a lovely part of Berwickshire, lots to take in, see and do and of Course the Jim Clark Museum (being rebuilt at the moment, hopefully re opened in time for the meet).
Anyone interested in this?
Please let me know.
Thanks, Dave.

Evening all, obviously I keep my eye out for upcoming meets but the majority are a good distance away. Im based in East Yorkshire are there any meets this way?
Granted I get there probably arent that many members over here or North Yorkshire but seen as we are blessed with some of the best driving roads it seems a shame not to ask lol.
Mike.
Lincolnshire Meet For September

Obviously the EOSB is the main meet for September, although I have just decided to go on a last minute cruise to Russia next week (60% discount) so will have to bow out of that (Sorry Keith).
So does anyone fancy a pub lunch this weekend. I have been thinking of going to the Robin Hood pub near Bourne for some time (Actually the Robin Hood & Little John, but that spoils a good story )
Just let me know.
